Short version: Tilewise does not collect, store, sell, share, or transmit personal data. The app works offline. Game progress, settings, and gameplay state are stored locally on your device only.

Information Tilewise Collects
Tilewise does not collect personal information or sensitive user data.
The app does not require an account, does not use analytics, does not include ads, does not use crash reporting services, and does not send gameplay information to Andy Marcus or any external server.
Information Stored On Your Device
Tilewise stores gameplay information locally on your device so the game can work properly. This may include:
- completed levels;
- current level progress;
- board marks, undo history, and active hints for in-progress levels;
- game settings, such as sound, music, haptics, accessibility, and display preferences;
- local gameplay statistics shown inside the app.
This information stays on your device and is not transmitted by Tilewise.
Payments
If Tilewise is sold as a paid app on Google Play, purchases and payment processing are handled by Google Play. Tilewise does not receive or store your payment card details or Google account payment information.
Sharing Of Information
Tilewise does not share personal data with third parties because Tilewise does not collect personal data.
Tilewise does not contain advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking SDKs.
Data Retention And Deletion
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete it. You can delete Tilewise's local data by uninstalling the app or by clearing the app's storage through your Android device settings.
Because Tilewise does not collect or store personal data on external servers, there is no server-side account or cloud data for Andy Marcus to delete.
Security
Tilewise does not transmit personal data over the internet. Local game data is stored using normal Android app storage on your device. Your device operating system controls access to that storage.
Children
Tilewise is not specifically directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users.
Changes To This Policy
This privacy policy may be updated if Tilewise changes how it handles data or adds new features. If the policy changes, the updated version will be made available on this page with a new effective date.
